Windproof winter hat for classic dresser

That is not too warm - does it exist? And in a style that a self-conscious 65-year-old woman could wear?

I need to find a hat for someone who in her youth loved to dress in a classic way with an edge and still loves felt fedoras etc. But she is sensitive to drafts, spends much of her time in a windy place, and develops nasty ear infections / sinusitis all the time. To make it worse, she sweats on her head whenever overheated. It's a bloody narrow intersection to get right! I wish I could find something like baby bonnets that are lined inside, but for an adult...

Got a lovely one from M&S but a few years ago. It's black fleece but a proper hat shape with downturned brim, snug fitting with a bit of stretch, and machine washable. Looks smart. Sorry don't know where you can get similar but might narrow down the search?
