I have V short platinum blonde hair and am desperate for a slightly darker steely Colorado, but no hairdresser will do it. I'll post a link below, all suggestions welcome TIA

Love it smile I've seen grey toners you could try if you're willing to give it ago yourself?

I heart it 😍😍

Can you remember any brand super? All the ones I try just give my hair a purple or blue colour rather than pure silvery grey like in the pics

I think it was Jerome Russell

I got this from a Freedom toner from Superdrug . They do darker ones as well as permanent dyes.

The best I have found are this - silver and this - gunmetal. Very easy to do but temporary effect - will wash out after 6 or so shampoos. Permanent gray hair colour seems impossible to find... ime.

Igora Royal grey toners. Can mix dark ones with conditioner to get lighter tones

Just makes sure you don't have any yellow or orange tones as it can react and turn green.

Hmm glamour article states

For a full on grey shade: Crazy Colour silver hair dye, £5.39 - did fuck all for me but the pics in article are cool.

Thanks Coco think superdrug it is, graphite and stone grey sound ace

Triple G they look great but a bit of of my budget unfortunately

Excuse the fake tan I need to wash out but this was the last one off Amazon I tried and it's still more purpley than steely .. sigh

Think I'll go steel grey when it's back in stock, #excited!!

Why won't the hairdresser do it? I get mine a really similar colour and she uses a tint over the bleached hair.
