and I'm ambivalent because of the price (£87).

Return or keep?

How does it look on?

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie Sun 18-Dec-16 12:12:16

Return. It's unlikely that a white summery dress will get much wear if you're in the UK.

ambivalence and £87 dresses don't go
If you don't love it, and the way it looks on you for that money, send it back

SausageSoda Sun 18-Dec-16 13:39:34

It looks like a beach dress. Where & when are you planning on wearing it?

Would be nice for hols but only worth it if you travel regularly.

Hellmouth Sun 18-Dec-16 13:40:50

To be honest, I don't think it's worth £87, but I don't like spending a lot on clothes.

PinkFluffiUnicorn Sun 18-Dec-16 13:44:44

If you love it, and it fits great keep it, if your not sure, its a lot to just leave it in your wardrobe...

Pavonia Sun 18-Dec-16 13:50:57

If the quality is good then it might be worth it. I'm assuming you are in Australia which probably makes a difference.

I would probably never buy a white dress myself but if it suits you I can see that it would be quite versatile as you could accessorize it with different colours.

Bluntness100 Sun 18-Dec-16 13:52:22

Where do you live, if it's hot and you love the dress keep it. It's not really my thing, a bit to virginal and innocent for me, but we all have different styles.

rollonthesummer Sun 18-Dec-16 13:53:54

It looks like a pinny! I think if it were hot enough to wear something white-you'd want something sleeveless.

Elllicam Sun 18-Dec-16 13:58:33

I actually really like it.

Freshprincess Sun 18-Dec-16 14:01:53

Would you get much wear out of it? It's a lot of money for a couple of days in the summer.
Mind you I'm a disaster area with white clothes, food and muck throw themselves at me.

I'm assuming you're in Australia?

I have a similar one (white, crochet, but from Country Road). They look great for summer with tan sandals. And Napisan is your friend - mine had red wine thrown all over it and came up pristine after a 24-hour soak.

DeepFriedCamembert Sun 18-Dec-16 14:11:28

I love Seed! When I lived in Aus I lived opposite it and I spent a fortune there, mainly on beautiful little baby clothes.
Returning to topic, for 87 quid I'd return it if you don't love it.

AteRiri Sun 18-Dec-16 22:04:29

Yes I live in Australia.

JohnCheese Sun 18-Dec-16 22:08:57

£87 is too much for ambivalence. Return.

Bestthingever Sun 18-Dec-16 22:10:24

I like it. I think it's quite classic and you should keep it if it suits your figure.

friendlyflicka Sun 18-Dec-16 22:11:43

I think it is really pretty. I'd wear it in UK

AteRiri Sun 18-Dec-16 22:16:20

Actually I really like the sleeves and the skirt part. I don't like the V-neck as I am flat chested. I'm also rectangle shape.
