I hate my stupid big boobs and I don't know how to dress anymore!

I've always had big boobs but, fat or thin, they remained in proportion to the rest of me. Recently though, I've lost weight and it's come off everywhere except the boobs!

Before anyone says "nice problem to have", no it bloody isn't! I look ridiculous, like some sort of human Barbie, and I don't know how to dress anymore! Anything form-fitting looks cheap and tarty and I feel massively self-conscious; anything loose and I look like a gigantic frumpy WALL OF BOOB.

It's not my bra, I was recently fitted by Bravissimo and the lovely assistant spent ages making sure she got it right (32G, ffs). I just want to find some clothes that my boobs aren't the focal point of.

I'm a SAHM to a 4 year old and a 2 year old, so I need practical stuff, but I'd like to look a bit stylish too. I'm 5'7, good legs and bum, and a size 12 everywhere except the aforementioned enormo-jugs. Help, please?!

I'm a size 8 to 10 and rocking 28Gs.
After years of crying over my clothing choices (rectangle, porn star, 50s throwback or total frump), upper neck with back pain and wearing t shirts over my swimwear at the beach I'm saving up for a reduction.
I'm done.
I want a shirt i can do up.
I got changed in front of a friend the other day and she was amazed at my skinny waist. Nobody sees it because I have to buy medium clothes to fit my norks in and they just hang straight down (my tops, not my norks).

I'm sorry to hear how frustrating this is. The back and neck strain must be awful. I've only got slightly bigger in pregnancy and am finding it odd, plus I have back problems anyway, so it must be so difficult for you.

Are wraparound styles any good in tops/tunics and dresses, or the dresses that look wraparound but aren't? I'm not explaining this well but I mean the ones that nip in a bit at the waist but have more float material underneath IE not form fitting.

I'm sure you'll get lots of good suggestions on here.

Have you looked at Pepperberry (the clothing part of bravissimo)? I think there are other websites dedicated to big boobs too.

Not everything there is my taste but the things I have bought from there have been amazing! It's such a revelation to get stuff that fits properly. It made me think of when people had clothes made to measure by a seamstress or whatever. (That could also be an option!).

It makes everything look less frump/tarty with big boobs if the top actually fits rather than straining out if it/bagging round the waist.

Also 32G here. Alas, I have given up on shirts forever, after years of sewing them up. Strappy tops too. Stuff that works on me are longer body jumpers and jersey tops, 3/4 sleeves, and various sorts of skirt. Good luck!

Yep same issue here, pregnancy has now taken them up to a J (bigger than previous pregnancy!) when not pregnant I wear a lot of skinny jeans, silky blouses and cardigans or jumpers. Dresses work much better for me than skirts and tops, I feel like a lump with no middle in those. Depending on budget I can help with where to buy silky shirts/tops I go for the kind that don't have buttons and are open a bit at the top, much better at showing a bit of shape without having boobs in people's faces!

28G here and feel your pain! I've given up on shirts/blouses with buttons. Dresses work better for me, usually with a v neck. Strappy tops with a long body and a cardigan over the top.

For me it's definitely this bra, it gives great shape and in my experience my friends jaws have dropped when they see the size of my breasts when just wearing a bra, they have no idea how big they are .....

V neck tops essential, and the lower the better wearing a nude coloured camisole underneath to create an illusion that your bust is smaller than it is. Ballet wrap tops are great for this as well as wrap dresses.

To balance out your top half, wear something that draws attention to your hips - skater style dresses, peplums, big pockets on hips.

Avoid short sleeves or cap sleeves.

Well, Some attention over here because I am about to one upmanship with the fact that on top of 32GG, I am also 5'1. I look like a godawful lampshade. I'm slim-ish at size 10 but there is no way around my boobs.
Pepperberry are awful quality. Even the shirt on their website had unfinished threads on their buttons, FFS! £45 for Primark quality!
I'm permanently taking in shirts or wear dark polonecks on the days in the office that I don't need to dress up.
I rule surgery out when an previous vanity operation went wrong.
Any advice is welcome.

Don't polo necks make your boobs look bigger.

I'm 30E/F so sometimes look a bit busty as I have slim shoulders.

I didn't find the scoop necks I bought recently that great as they seemed loose round the armpit and somehow frumpy.

Santas those Kettlewell tops are good shapes.
OP I am a similar shape and have come to realise there are certain formulas that work for me and stick to those. I often wear a longline vest top with a long cardi (both from H&M) over the top and skinny jeans. Scarves are good for distracting from the vast expanse of boobage.
For work I wear wrap dresses most of the time as they show off your shape without making you look matronly.
Balconette bras are better than plunge styles for me.

I'm 5"3, a size 10 and a 28KK. I feel your pain OP. I'm booking in a reduction when I've had DC3 as I just can't live with them anymore.
for you as it's so soul crushing sometimes. No helpful tips sorry. I just go for fitted things more than loose.

I appreciate all the suggestions but the problem is they mostly sound very feminine and I'm not. I'm a tomboy with a blow-up doll's figure! I really like slightly androgynous styles but they don't like me. I feel ridiculous in dresses though.

I am exactly the same Horsey. The main reason I want a reduction is so I can wear the clothes that I would love to wear but can't. Things that only look good on barely there boobs I think this is the only way to achieve that.

32FF here but only 4 foot 10 so I can look like I'm mostly boob in the wrong clothes. I look best in dresses (although they generally have to be from petite ranges owing to my lack of height grr). I don't know how often other people replace their bras but I have about 4 or 5 on the go and find after 6 months or so they start to be less supportive. I don't every wear button up shirts but have a couple of deep square neck silk blouses from Phase 8 which look OK.

I'm a 32FF and don't really think that they look that big but I do have broad shoulders. If you're not girly maybe you could go for cigarette jeans, vest top and an open shirt on top?

I only ever wear v necks or similar - no high or round necks at all. I think it needs to be slightly fitted as a minimum to avoid looking huge as tops just hang from your boobs if not.
