34 DD/E cup udders in need of a comfortable soft lightly padded bra without wires. Does this exist? I have many non wired that are itchy and vile and don't house me properlyblush Looking for a nice (non Mrs Doubtfire) style. Can't find anything anywhere that's not matronlyconfused

I'm a 34DD/E and just can't imagine wearing a non wired bra. Where would you get the support from?!?! Sorry, I'm not much help here!

I wear the Triumph Delicate Doreen bra - it's not exactly sexy, but not hideous, and is ridiculously supportive and comfortable for a bra with no wires! I'm a G cup.

Thank you ladies. Madison that's not too bad actually - notice it comes in a hot pink however my other stipulation is a light padding - don't like looking 'nipply'
fruitcider I'm re-opening my mind to the world of wire. I had a few years off whilst nursing you see. Any soft comfortable wired bras you can recommend at all?smile

Panache Sophie Soft Cup bra. Comes in black and pink. I bought it because I'm pregnant but it's comfortable and non-ugly enough to wear without being pregnant! Support isn't as good as wired but still OK (and my boobs are bigger than yours.. not boasting, it's a pain!)

My go-to wired bra is a Freya Deco, btw.
Why don't you have a fitting at Bravissimo? They are usually excellent.

SirVixofVixHall Thu 17-Nov-16 17:40:32 This is the only padded non-wired bra I've ever seen in larger cup sizes, but i haven't tried it so can't say how it fits.

The Freya Deco soft cup bra is fugly, unsupportive and a terrible fit. Shame because the wired Deco is great.
I tried it on and got the Panache Sophie soft cup instead smile

When I first went back into wired I went straight to bravissimo, these days primark is my friend!

I couldn't imagine wearing wires they dig in

I like the Triumph Amourette range. I do wear both wired and non wired, one of the wired ones has a slightly padded option but I haven't got any non wired slightly padded versions. Wouldn't be surprised if there was one though. Have a look at Triumph's site. I then buy from Amazon for about £20 each.

They are so comfortable. Before I found them I hadn't worn a wired bra for many years.

I am a 30G and love Bravissimo for standard day type bras but purely by accident I discovered Tesco pack of 2 non wired sports bras and I love them! They don't do a 30g so I went for a 34e or something like that and they're so comfortable. Okay; they won't win huge prizes in the support stakes or style ones either. But I really like them. (The strap on one of my bras had snapped and that's all I could get one day so had to do!!)

If wires are digging in you are wearing the wrong size/style. An underwired bra at a 34e would be much more supportive. I love love love the debenhams D+ T shirt bra - it's so comfy! I'm 7 months pregnant and it's still the comfiest thing around.

I think you can now get triumph amourette with the silicone non wire wires (magic wire?), so you still get the shape but not the discomfort. Haven't tried it yet, so can't say if they are any good but might be worth a look

The only.times wires have ever dug in for me is when bra doesn't fit properly. I'm a 32dd now but have been a 36g never again! and always found wired bras more comfortable as they're more supportive so you get sore boobs from them bouncing around too much. I even sleep in a bra these days (post bf boobies get caught painfully under my arm when I sleep otherwise!)

I would suggest having a look at bravissimo a d getting fitted there, they really are very good. You might be surprised how comfortable some of the wired bras are when they fit right.
