Please help me find a dress for interview

I'm hoping to have a few interviews in the next couple of weeks and I have nothing suitable. I'm 4 foot 11, size 12-14 with 32FF boobs - so basically shopping is a nighmare! I really want a smart dress that I can wear with a winter coat over the top. I loathe suits with a passion and very rarely wear trousers. I need it to be in an autumnal colour, although navy would do but definitely not black or a bright colour like red or cobalt. It needs to have sleeves - preferrably 3/4 length although shorter would be OK.

The interviews would be for mid-level administrative jobs in universities, so I need to be smart but not particularly corporate.

I have this and it is sooo flattering. Has a secret control bit which slims.

I'm large of bosom too and the v neck doesn't make me look like I have a matronly weight across my chest,Style%20&%20Living%20_PLAStyle%20&%20Living%20--%3E%20Women%20--%3E%20The%20Spotlight%20--%3E%202016%20--%3E%20August%20--%3E%202016-08-21%20--%3E%20New%20season%20womens%20workwear%20--%3E%20Back%20to%20Business_M&S%20Secret%20Support™%20Ponte%20V-Neck%20Shift%20Dress%20NAVY%208&s_kwcid=AL!2750!3!47119164976!!!g!61865531738!&device=m&s_kwcid=AL!2750!3!47119164976!!!g!!&ef_id=WCXKgQAAATITeg3a:20161111134121:s&pdpredirect

Pepperberry Bravissmo range might have something that helps in the boobs department?

nickEcave Fri 11-Nov-16 14:11:25

Unfortunately that M and S one is sold out in the 14 although 12 may be OK. Pepperberry clothes don't work on me at all, they are cut for a larger frame

Just looked again at the M and S one and its too long as it is on or below the knee on a normal height person.

These are all available in Tall in the drop down box.

I'm a 12 with 30GG boobs and find Next are normally generously cut.

Jamie OP is 4' 11" so I think she'll be avoiding the talk section

What's your budget and where are you based? I am a similar shape and find The Fold in London ace - they tailor for you. But they are spendyyyyy

Try Lands End petite section. I'm 5'1" and have found their dresses very flattering.

nickEcave Fri 11-Nov-16 15:33:46

Is Lands End online only? I'm in London but have very little opportunity to go shopping. Budget is up to £100

SasherinSuite Fri 11-Nov-16 15:39:52

I don't know if they have any actual shops. I've only ever ordered online.

nickEcave Fri 11-Nov-16 15:44:30

I really need to go and try things on. I often fall between a 12 and 14 and can't risk ordering online in two sizes and having to send stuff back.
