My DH and I have been offered last-minute tickets to a posh event tomorrow - black tie, floor length gown, etc. I've already got a dress and I'm pretty confident with make up, but I don't have the time or money to have my hair done.
I'm looking for an up do that I can do myself pretty easily (I'm not great with hair!) does anyone have any ideas? I'm panicking that I'll look scruffy and everyone will know I'm not actually posh 
I have thick hair that goes just past my shoulders. Any ideas?
