hello ladies!

I am a student at Nottingham Trent University trying to gather research about the 'Limited" brand within Marks and Spencer for my graduate project.
I would like to know what you think, It's totally anonymous (good and bad opinions are welcomed).

• Why do you choose to shop at M&S over other brands?
  
• What are the main attractions for going into M&S if you were to walk past? (e.g. attractive shop windows, a cup of coffee?)
  
• Is there a specific brand you go into M&S for? (and why)
  
• What is your opinion on the Limited brand? Have you ever purchased anything from the brand?
  
• If you have teenage to older girls, would they ever wear the clothing/does it appeal to them? (and why)
  
• What do you personally believe the Limited brand needs to change?

I like it because the branch near me is always empty and has a sale rail.

Too much polyester and other crap fabrics in the Limited clothes. But they have some nice things and I buy stuff from that range occasionally, usually tops (I'm 45, so not their target market).

Autograph is more my sort of thing. Good cut, generally good fabric, some great design at times and I can afford to spend more on clothes.

When I was younger I'd have been keener on the Limited clothes, I think; they are more trend-led and aimed at going out.

M&s fits my budget at the mo while working part time, and as a mid 40 yo mum, limited and autograph feel a bit more style conscious than the traditional collections.

Think they target a younger audience, but the quality is reasonable for the price, and the massive store near me is a great rainy day option with my LO.
