Opinions on these boots

I have bought these boots

They are very comfortable, they don't have a zip but are not too difficult to pull on, and I like everything about them but am now unsure of the white strip at the front.
Should I leave them, or try to blacken them a bit. The white seems to catch the light. I guess they'll be good for dark evenings...

You could try going over them with black boot polish, or withpermanent marker? You have to love the boots though without the stripe, if you don't, return them.

Haha I imagined them having a drainpipe stripe down the front of the leg! I think they look really nice with the white, but they should be easy enough to blacken if you are self conscious in them.

Ooh I really like them. I think the white makes them a bit different and gives them an edge.

I like the white. They'd be quite ordinary without it wouldn't they? I'm sure the brightness will dull down in a while
