Agree with everyone else! It's not your age, it's the boots. They are revolting.

I'm not really a converse kind of girl, but the sequin trainers are really nice for someone who does like converse. I'd go with those!

The boots are horrid and only suitable if you plan on trying out as a Dallas cowboys cheerleader.

I did use to have silver leather metallic Superga sneakers and they were fab and very versatile too. Might be an alternative to the sequin converse.

They aren't great. But there are loads of gorgeous metallic boots around at the minute. I tried on a few pairs in Next the other day. So don't give up your silver dreams :)
