Does anyone know if Mulberry goods are ever reduced in sales anywhere? I want to treat myself to one of their purses. Thank you.

There are sales in summer and at Christmas just like other stores. There are also various outlets eg Cheshire Oaks, Bicester Village and York which stock a wide range of bags and purses at around 30% off.

Yes. After christmas.

Brilliant, thank you. I will wait til Christmas and see if any department stores discount them. I have been to Bicester but the lock purse wasn't on sale there.

I bought a mulberry on discount in house of Fraser sale a few years back. Have also bought discounted at Bicester.

The 'original' mulberry factory shop (gets old stock reduced in price) is the Kilver one ...... list here www.mulberryfactoryshop.com

The outlet stores will post out stock so it's always worth calling them if you have a specific item in mind.

I bought a bag and a purse in the xmas sales from Fenwick.

Glad the department stores include them in their sales. I didn't think they did.

Mulberry just had a sample sale in London about three weeks ago. You can sign up to their mailing list on their website. The sales are brilliant if you can get to them and queue for them. Alternatively you can go to Bicester or their factory shop in Somerset, but their Boxing Day sale is also brilliant on the website. A few years ago I got a Del Rey bag which was originally £1100 for £699- in a classic tan colour!

They do a shareholder discount. If you have 500 shares it's 20% off everything.

If I had half a million quid invested in mulberry I'd want a free bag per quarter grin

I got my Mulberry in the sale from Kendals in Manchester, reduced from £800ish to £450. A classic black Harriet I've used for a few years so good cost per wear value.

Just looked it up as I realised my shareholder card has expired - it's 250 shares that are trading at just over £11 at the moment. I shan't be smug and mention how much I paid for mine

Also worth looking at naughti Pidgin's nest (online shop). She is super knowledgeable & only sells authenticated bags. I have had a few Mulbs from her - you can buy & return & also part exchange. She also sticks outlet bags.

Snapped up a limited edition almost new bays for £450 recently. Colour is AMAZING. wink

John Lewis has 20% off various Mulberry today. Unfortunately not the Bayswater I want.

starsinyourpies Thu 24-Nov-16 11:27:01

Likewise Selfridges deal running from tomorrow usually include Mulberry. John Lewis should price match for a less stressful shopping experience!

Another vote for the Mulberry shop in Somerset. They are £££ cheaper anyway and further reduced in the sales. They are normally v helpful if you phone to enquire what they have in stock too.
