Shoes for the very wide of foot !

I have very broad flat feet with bunions ! They are not my best feature but I can't find shoes wide enough that are vaguely nice ! Clarks are not wide enough, tried all the brand wide shoes next M&S etc.
Please don't make me look at Hotter ! Need help please x

Hotter, contrary to popular belief, are not particularly wide. They are hideously old-fashioned, though

I'm watching with interest as a fellow wide-footed person. I can at least usually manage in Clarks and M&S wide fit.

Have you tried size EE in Clarks? They've got a pair of smart leather boots in EE which look nice. Other than that, I'm stuck too.

I have very wide feet, EEE. I usually buy from Simply Be or Evans. I bought a fab pair of very wide leopard print flats from Matalan's wide range for £6! They had loads of shoes and boots in their range, and at that price, defo worth a try.

You'll not find anything in the shops that will be wide enough. I've had to go online. Try DB Shoes. Most of the styles are hideously old fashioned and not fit the under 80s, but there are a couple which are actually ok - often in their sale as their usual clients won't buy them.

And to add, if anything, the Matalan shoes are a little too wide. My local Brantano had a ton of wide fit shoes last time I was in also. Skechers Relaxed Fit are also great for me. Good luck, as know hard it is to find something that isn't a bit old fashioned.

Well I have one very wide probably 6E and one if anything narrow, so I usually meet in the middle, stretch 1 and put an insole in the other. I wouldn't wish for my feet. They are hideous!

Merrells maryjanes ,with insoles removed , are good for me, but I've worn the uppers to pieces and I think they've stopped making them. I have a pair of Josef Seidel ankle boots which fit , also without insoles.

Hotter do one kind that fit me but they are so ugly, I can't do it. DB looked ok in the catalogue but I tried about 6 pairs and they were all horrid. I'm old but still in possession of my critical faculties, thank you.

I usually go 5EEE and can't find anything on the high street, ShoeTailor or JD Williams as I think it is now called is the way to go. At least you can order 4 pairs at once and then send 3 back (free postage!) which don't fit.

It depends what sort of styles you like, and where you feet are wide. I have wide toes (3E-4E) and narrow heels and live in Nike and Camel Active. Some Josef Siebel are good.

Merrel don't fit me because the width is all the way back and my heels slip too much, so I can't even walk in them.

If you like a more pointed toe, than things are likely always going to be not wide enough, if your feet are straight across at the toe.

Oddly, plenty of Clarks Unstructured styles in just their "D" fitting do fit me across the toes, but they slop around on my heels, so again, I can't wear them because they provide no support.

If you're small enough, you can do what I did (I'm a 6) and get teen shoes from Clarks, up to a HH.

Nike Air Max or Asics are the widest trainers. I have high arches too and they're great.

For other shoes, New Look has a wide fit range. They're cheap so can't be worn everyday.

My feet are very wide, I find barefoot styles best as the toe box is wider in them. Vivobarefoot make some lovely, lovely shoes and boots. Also have a pair of fly London boots.

I have size 8-9 & wide feet and have actually found some great shoes in New Look! They do a wide fit in several styles and are cheap as chips!!
