For summer or winter?

For big boobs or small?

For a wedding or a party?

For you or your teenage daughter?

Summer.

Small boobs.

Party.

No child.

No, it's hideous.

The cut looks like a maternity dress that's too short

And the neck looks restrictive

Think it looks like something my daughter might wear (she's 6).

KoalaDownUnder · 03/10/2016 12:42

No. I can't get on board with these weird, too-short, sticky-outy party dresses on adults.

Report
MaxineRockatansky · 03/10/2016 12:43

No.

It looks like a little girl's cheap party frock.

Same as the weird two part one you posted last week.

It's a no from me

Report
GinIsIn · 03/10/2016 12:47

It's the same style as the one you posted about the other week, so I'm afraid same answer - no. Not unless you are 7 and wearing it with knee socks to a kids party!

prettypidgeon · 03/10/2016 12:49

Maxine that's just rude.

I think the dress could be nice but I think someone young (under 30) would have to wear it to be able to pull it off.

You definitely need to style it like the model for it work bold courts and bright lips.

No. not even on a child.

It looks like someone has run out of fabric to make the top the right way, i.e. The pattern the same way as the skirt.

Plus that shirt sticky out style looks ridiculous on adults IMO

Looks a bit too nightie-ish. Sorry!

Report
CalmYaTits · 03/10/2016 12:50

I like it Smile OP if you like it, wear it! It makes me sad that people need others approval to wear the things they like. You should dress for you, not to please other people.

Shirt. Bloody iPhone. Short

I like it. It wouldn't suit me but for a summer party, with no kids, it's nice.

Report
Landoni112 · 03/10/2016 12:57

Too short, sorry

Report
3Eggses · 03/10/2016 12:58

No. It's too short for it's cut and the frilly bits are horrible.

Is there something particular you are after? Maybe then people can give recommendations rather than shooting down your suggestions? (I was a nay-sayer on your other dress threads too).

Report
Loyly · 03/10/2016 13:01

No, it looks designed for a child.

Report
Waxlyrically · 03/10/2016 13:04

I quite like it OP. Although I am too old for it it would look nice on a twenty something. I would grunge it up though perhaps with opaques and docs.

OP, you obviously like this style of dress, so just get one! It doesn't matter if half of MN doesn't like it.

It's hard to say yes or no to a dress without knowing your age bracket, body shape, size, colouring etc etc. If you're really not sure, I'd do as I suggested on your other thread and start a post describing what you need the dress for and the info above.

I like it! The only bit I'm not sure about is the frilly neck. I think I preferred that cream one you posted (did you decide against that one as you weren't sure about the warm tones?). I get that the OP is asking for an opinion, but there are ways of getting it across without being so rude Hmm

It's a little....umm...nerdy? Unless that's the look you're going for, or are Alexa Chung. Smile

I like it. But I like flared dresses, skater dresses, shirt dresses etc.

StatisticallyChallenged - I like flared and skater dresses too. I'm a rectangle flat-chested, so these work for my body.

Thanks for the opinion everyone!
