Puffy Underye area

I have terrible puffy bags under my eyes.

I think there is probably a family tendency towards them, but I had a photo taken the other day and they are far worse than I thought.

Any tips ?

I sleep a lot generally but have been living it up a bit too much recently. Too much boozing ?

More water ?

Definitely as much sleep as possible and up your water intake. If I have a late night/night out my eyes look awful the next day!

I use Kiehl's Avocado Eye Cream day and night and think it's ace.

I should use eye cream maybe. Am a bit of a soap and water girl..?

I'll try laying off the booze, replace it with water and see if that makes any difference.

Get the facercise book and do the under eye exercises. They really work. And keep a couple of teaspoons in the freezer to hold against the area when you're making the morning brew. Make sure your concealer isn't too pale, it emphasises them.

I think I've tried every eye cream on the market and none of them do anything. The Bobbi brown repair one does however stop concealer from creasing. It has a primer in it.
