Lifting fashion colour with bleach?

Does anyone have any experience with lifting fashion colour (think manic panic) with bleach? I've got a really uneven colour with it, and I want it gone. I am thinking of going in with 30 volume, but I've already done that once today. I don't want to destroy my hair, but I don't want to go out like this either... any words of wisdom?

I thought Manic Panic was temporary but I have seen people really frustrated with the slight tint it leaves?
If you think one more bleach application will do the trick, I'd go for it but only if your hair is in good nick, no breakage or signs of chemical damage.
Deep condition afterwards to say sorry to your hair. Smile Good luck.

Try a [[https://bellatory.com/hair/How-to-do-a-bleach-wash bleach wash] but leave it a few days. Wash it a couple of times and do a deep conditioning treatment. That will protect the hair before you bleach it again.

Have you enough hair to do a strand test before you do it? Simply snip about a half inch wide piece of hair and tape it to a piece of card then treat it with the bleach bath mix. This will show you how long it will take for the bleach to lift your hair and if it will survive being bleached again.

Thanks everyone. Did the bleach bath, but now have green hair Grin I will have to go red, then brown again I think and leave the bright colours behind!

Sounds like a good plan. Any red base will help. Good luck.
