So I have a wedding to go to in one month! My lower belly needs to go! Any ideas how?

I can go to the gym twice per week anything In Particular that might help?

I am thinking maybe I should start 30 day shred but I know I can't be bothered on the days I work but that's only 3 days maybe it will still work if I leave those days out?

Any tips welcome

I'm 21 days in to Jillian's Ripped in 30 and I've shrunk all over without changing my diet. The Shred does work!

I have been meaning to restart 30 day shred, so if you decide to go for it I will join in too moving and mumbo

Other than that, I find I bloat horribly when I'm not eating sensibly, I lose a fair bit of belly whenever I do an initial week of dieting/ logging food on MFP... doesn't completely get rid of it but makes clothes look a lot better etc. After that I go on to the sensible slow weight loss... bah!

Shred will sort it out. It's only 20mins so u should be able to squeeze it in somewhere on the days that's you're working.

Shred is really intensive and I'm sure a clever marketing scheme which leads people to give up and try the next fad. The problem is the squats and lunges put a lot of pressure on knees without building up essential strength elsewhere in the body and serious injuries can come from that.

Pilates, sit ups, eating healthily and cutting out booze if you drink (it's the main reason for lower belly fat) will do wonders. If you can get swimming that's also brilliant for quick and safe weight loss combined with healthy eating.

70% diet 30% exercise.

If your diet is in check you can get away with minimal cardio and some lower body weight training

Cut sugar, get plenty of sleep and take hog quality omega 3 supplements

Unfortunately you can't choose where you loose your weight from

But it comes from a really really good healthy nutritious diet and eating enough (rather than too little) staying hydrated and plenty of sleep and exercise. Then it's down to genetics and luck of the draw

Pilates and no alcohol works for me. Difficult to stick to though I find!

I saw your thread title and also came on to say 30 day shred too.. It does work. And it doesn't take long each day which is a bonus!
