Got a £70 voucher and keen to try some new stuff beyond my usual bubble bars and bombs...

Ultrabland cleanser and Amazing Grace serum are 2 things I always buy.

Another vote for Ultrabland cleanser! It as worked miracles for my skin Smile
Angels On Bare Skin and Dark Angels (which one you need would depend on your skin type!) are both amazing exfoliators.

In a month or so they should get their limited edition Christmas stock in, I buy Rose Jam shower gel by the bucket load, I absolutely adore it. Dd likes the Snow Fairy shower gel. Ultrabland is a great cleanser. Their lip scrubs help me in the winter far more than Vaseline ever has

The comforter bath bar

My ultimate favourite bubble bath. Smells gorgeous and lasts for ages

Silky underwear dusting powder.
Dream cream is lovely asba moisturiser but ££.
I've gone a bit off lush. They seem to discontinue things I like and prices semlem to have gone up and up

Yet another for Ultrabland! I have horrid combination skin and there's nothing out there like it for cleansing and moisturising without causing a spot outbreak. I love the stuff.

Montalbano shampoo bar is another I love, it's got a fantastic fresh lemony scent and even DH loves it. Lasts ages too.

Oops. Just seen you weren't looking for bubble bars. Lucky you with the vouchet

Oh yes to Dream Cream too. It's fab stuff. Has sorted my winter elbows out!

Dream Cream is great. R&B leave in hair moisturizer thing is also the best thing BY FAR that I've found for taming my mad half-curly, half-wavy, all-frizzy hair.

Rub rub shower scrub

Yy to absolutely everything here. Also Godiva shampoo bar, veganese conditioner, the gardener soap, all of the perfumes, dragons egg bath bombs, I could go on.

I try not to go into lush much as my bank balance can't take the mugging it gets. I like literally everything I've ever had from there.

Had a couple of the spa treatments too and they are honestly like nothing else I've ever experienced. Sheer bliss!
may have a slight obsession with lush

Rub rub rub is the best. The one in the pot not the bar. Wash your hair with it, it's great.

R&B hair (it's a leave in but I use it as a pre-wash treatment then rinse out. Bit of an odd smell but I'll forgive that )

Ultrabland -and I use it to protect my skin when I use the henna

Lush Henna - looooooooooooooove it, my hair is soft and beautiful

And yes those lipscrubs- very messy, I use them in the shower

DD loves the SnowAngel,

I'll be looking for Christmas bits but they are really difficult to hide away, their tell tail aroma gives them away Grin

I was thinking of trying the henna, is it a faff to use?

Report
WildwestWind · 21/09/2016 20:29

I bought the silky underwear dusting powder at the weekend and it's gorgeous. Tiny bottle so I hope it's going to last a long time

MyBreadIsEggy · 21/09/2016 20:30

Does anyone know if I can use the henna while pregnant??

PickAChew · 21/09/2016 20:32

I don't like the ultrabland cleaner - it's like lard.

Daddy-O shampoo - smells like parma violets
Avocado co-wash is great for wavy hair
dreamwash - it's a bar, now, but still great for gentle exfoliation
DS1 likes the soaps, so we usually have one or the other by the sink.

Karma komba shampoo bar
American Cream conditioner used VERY sparsely, it's smells really strong! wish I'd known about this stuff when I smoked

Report
PickAChew · 21/09/2016 20:36

Weren't keen on Montalbano, either - gave DS1, who it was intended for, terrible dandruff and I got really dry, cracked hands from using it.

Titsalina, the henna is a big faff that isn't got the faint hearted, but I used to quite enjoy it. It's best to grate it before you add the bowling water to dissolve it. Then slather it on, and stick a nappy bag, then a towel on your head. Then wait for longer than it says.

How do you find the henna bar for coverage of light greys? More importantly, will it fade out or is there regrowth? I have it upstairs, did a small test underneath (am a natural red head). It was pretty vivid and still is!

Ultrabland, and Celestial moisturiser. It's the best thing I've found for sensitive dry skin, is not too greasy or heavy, and smells like vanilla ice cream.
