Children's waterproof boots

We spend a significant part of the winter in a cold snowy environment so I am looking for a pair of waterproof boots for my daughter for this winter - she's 3 and will probably be around a size 9.
I managed to get a nice pair last year from Clarks but this year's version seems to be either a walking boot or a plain black pair.
Anyone know some good brands or websites that do nice looking boots which are fully waterproof. (There are lots of pretty boots in shops but I need them to be goretex or guaranteed waterproof...)

I buy my kids from Trespass or Mountain Warehouse but they aren't particularly pretty. Functional though

Following. I got ds bobux splash boots last year and they were fantastic. He wore them every single day and they stayed waterproof and comfy for him. I can't find them on their website for this year Sad So am now looking at alternatives. Wellies?

It's really hard to get good waterproof boots below a size 11. Ds2 is 6 and only a size 10 it's a bit of a nightmare. We live in the Highlands. We are out doorsy and I spend every year looking for the holy grail of boots.

Had a look and the sorel boots that don't look like a snowboot are not waterproof just water resistant which is no good for us. Our 3 year old will step in puddles even if she's not deliberately splashing they get wet through and that's what I want to avoid. We do have wellies and snowboots - but what i'd like is a pair of nice boots that are also waterproof. We had some last year but I think it may have been a fluke!
Although I have found these and think they may fit the bill, now looking to see if they are in store somewhere...

If you live near a Decathlon their children's stuff is very good and they will do the sizes you need.

My 3 year old has just started in a forest school and we found these. We had a hard time finding any small enough for her. So far, she's waterproof and happy in them! www.sportsdirect.com/gelert-horizon-childrens-walking-boots-036111?colcode=03611126&src=google&gclid=Cj0KEQjw9vi-BRCx1_GZgN7N4voBEiQAaACKVga1bg0Gj6j7XgOYVOO9sCQJ81MnOX0DitY4aezRUBUaAr9r8P8HAQ&gclsrc=aw.ds
