Matte eyeshadow crayon

In a attempt to streamline my morning routine I'm looking for a taupe eyeshadow crayon, but all the ones that I already have - Bobbi Brown, By Terry and Rimmel are sparkly. I had a look at the Laura Mercier Caviar Sticks and they are shimmery too. Does anyone know of matte taupe crayon? Thanks!

Bobbi Brown have matte cream shadow sticks. Try Taupe, Stone, Nude Beach, or there's a peach one and a pinkish one.

I have one from Kiko and one from No 7. They're surprisingly difficult to track down!

Ah thank you, I thought all the BB's had shimmer, I will definitely check those out.

I can't get Kiko here, but I'll look for the Boots one, thanks. It is hard to find them, and they are so useful when you are pressed for time!

Not a crayon but maybelline colour tattoo in permanent taupe is nice and Matt and wears brilliantly

You could try the Maybelline brow satin in either med brown or blonde. I use the dark brown as eye shadow sometimes (I bought it for my brows but found it too dark).

I like the Bourjois colour bands which are not matte but not sparkly either. A nice in between. Very cheap £5.

I second Bobbi Brown eye crayon in Taupe - mine stays all day and no sparkles in sight!

You could try the Maybelline Colour Tattoo in Permanent Taupe.

It's matte and incredibly long lasting. Just needs the edge buffing out a wee bit.

great thread, i was looking for the exact thing - a non shimmery taupe. how do you blend them in either alternative? with a crayon, i suppose finger tip but not sure about the tattoo one?
