I thought last year's collection was a bit too 'Allo 'Allo for me, but i quite like some of this seasons offerings. I've ordered a jacket and cotton shirt. Anybody else ordering anything?

Ooh! Yes, last year wasn't the best, was it? I'm oddly/sadly excited about this collection - off for a browse now.
I like your selections!

Does anyone know what their supima cottons are like?

Ooo thanks for that! I've just ordered some stuff from the Aus website. I went for a corduroy shirt, merino jumper and the flares! I had a pair of bootcut trousers from Gap in the late 90s that were similar to the flares. I loved them to death. Hopeful about these. Unfortunately I'm no longer a size 10 teenager so it's highly unlikely they will look good!

A couple of the jumpers look good, might swing by oxford street on the way home...

I've got a stretch supima collarless shirt from there and it feels lovely to me. I might try some supima t-shirts to replace my crappy H&M ones.

I potentially like the look of the merino boatneck but wish they had a picture on a model. Anyone seen if it's slouchy or more fitted?

I was looking earlier, I love that jacket! But I'm on a no-spend so won't be buying. Please post back when it arrives and let us know what you think!

There's a good review posted on the MidlifeChic blog, she received some pieces to review last week and one of the (many!) pictures is of the previous seasons Ines Merino Boat Neck sweater too. I missed out on the grey version but have ordered the green to try.

Last year I bought a coat which bobbled and a hoody which was nice, but the zip broke. I don't think the quality is that great.

taybert me too! If I manage to go, I shall report back.
I might get a another one of the crew neck merino jumpers too, because they are on sale now.

sharkinthedark that's a shame, I have a cashmere blend coat from uniqlos main line last year and it's still going strong.

I wore it for work and drive every day so maybe it was the seat belt rubbing. I do like Uniqlo a lot and buy most of ds's stuff there and don't usually have a problem with their stuff.

...and I got all the Ines stuff is the sale so shouldn't complain too much!

I've just read that Midlifechic review and I'm rather chuffed she chose my two pieces, along with a few others. Interesting to see them on a "real" person with similar dimensions to me. Looking forward to my parcel arriving now. On a tangent, I also read her earlier post about White Company candles and thought she was refreshingly honest.

I stumbled across this while looking for a coat from the normal website. I've ordered a similar jacket Bertram except mine is the one with the collar. Hope it's nice, I need an autumn jacket.

I'm on my way home from uniqlo now, tried on the boat neck merino jumper in green.

I'll try a describe the fit because the mobile site isn't letting me upload photos Angry

It's not as fitted as the V neck merino jumpers but not as loose as the crew neck with dropped shoulder ones. (I'm comparing to the mainline merino jumpers)

I bought S so it won't ride up over my hips like my XS v neck, I also have crew necks in XS which fit fine because they're boxy.
