Have a wedding in a few weeks time that I really don't want to go to.... Newly separated, wedding will be full of old school friends who don't know this (we went to school together).

Ordered this dress and waiting for it to arrive so it could be dire Grin but if it's not, how would you wear it? I'm a 40yr old size 16!

Killer heels in the pink colour of the flowers with matching lipstick and loose curled hair.

Yes love the dress! pink heels and a pink flower or facinator in your hair

Lovely colour. Me? Deep purple shoes and nails, with glossy green eyeshadow in tones that compliment.

This nail polish and this eye shadow.
My hair is raspberry red though. I'm quite colourful.

Argh sorry - I forgot I posted!!

I have bright pink heels and bag which are soooo uncomfortable but I could wear. Wasn't sure if I could/should go for something totally unmatchy? I'm maybe too old/fat for that though Grin

I love colour too but have been somewhat dowdy for too long. I'm trying to remind myself I'm only 40 as opposed to bloody hell I'm 40 Blush

I'm not one for too much matchy matchy. Complimentary, yes...but not always conventionally.
Many colours can compliment each each other without matching.

I've got some bright teal shoes that I wear with a dress very similar to that, and a dark purple clutch bag. I'm not fond of the matching thing tbh.
