I have a lot of cellulite on my bottom and legs (thighs ) I'm not overweight,I weigh 8stone 5 and I'm 5ft 7 and I excercise but it just won't go away.
Dimples and lumps all over.
Any advice on what I can try?

Have you tried body brushing? You might want to look into some lymphatic drainage massage on youtube.

What about fizzy drinks? They're bad news

Sorry, but there really isn't much.

Definitely avoid all promising creams and potions. A fake tan will help reduce the appearance somewhat.

There are options with fillers if you really want to go down that route but it'll only last a few months. Laser treatments, are effective but will come at a cost and again are temporary.

If you're a smoker stopping will help. Being well hydrated and a low inflammation diet will also help to a certain extent but as of yet there are no permanent cures.

I'm afraid any product that promises to get rid of cellulite is just snake oil. No cream can penetrate down to the subcutaneous fat. Massaging the product in probably has more effect than the cream itself.

You could try avoiding anything with wheat/ gluten in.
Definitely skin brushing.
My legs used to look like tree trunks in the summer but since I gave up gluten four years ago I haven't had that problem.

You could try some long legged ted stockings.

Maybe sleep in them to get your legs to drain.

Horse chestnut tincture is supposed to be good for swollen legs.

Drinking a lot of water (4+ litres a day) and avoiding alcohol are the only things that work for me

Cellulite is beauty - babble for normal skin texture. Nothing to be done.
