New straightener recommendations please

I currently have some cloud nine straighteners which have just died four months over the warranty period.

I need some decent straighteners to replace them but not sure which to get.

In the past I've had three pairs of ghds so not them if possible.

Ideally:

Less than £150
Fast heat up
Variable heat

I've had ghds but now use the Remington one which is approx £20 and find it just as good.
