What I've done for myself today

I've neglected myself for a long time now. Last time I had a haircut was in January. I've done my pedicure once this summer. I had the most horrendous year.
So today I've done my nails, filed them, pushed cuticles back, used some oil.
I'm going back to warm water with lemon after a 20 min run in the morning. Back to taking vitamins.
These are my 3 habits for this week and I'll try and update :)

Good for you. Smile
I've spent the afternoon cleaning out the garage so covered in dust co webs and general muck
My nails are grim and I've not had a haircut since October, not Keenan going to the hairdressers, I colour it myself. On the plus side, my feet are much smoother since I started using the Newtons chiropody sponge as recommended on here. I've started having Epsom start baths twice a week and I seem to feel better after those. Smile

This is like the 10 Weeks Till Challenge Grin

OK, it's 8 weeks till I go on holiday, my hair was cut 1 week ago (it needs 5 week trims) and I hennaed it , so that;s ok.

My nails are always rough, I wear vinyl gloves, handwash 40+ times at work alone and cannot wear nail product.

My legs and armpits are next in line, I'm going to get the wax out now .

YY to the 3 Habits. Do it for 21 days and it becomes a Habit.
Then you add another 3 .
Smile

Trying to drink more water.
Taking a vitamin d spray to up my levels.
Getting back to proper cleansing.

I have high maintainence hair! Bleached and trimmed every 4/5 weeks.
Starting bikini waxing every month.
Nails every 3/4 weeks.

Going to start leg waxing once I step away from the razor a let the hairs grow long enough to be waxed.

Trying Nordic walking to improve fitness and hopefully tone up a bit.

Yes. Picked up a random leaflet at my hairdressers. Trying to find some form of exercise that suits me. I like walking and the outdoors, so worth a try, and I'm not scared off by rain.

Commented on a couple of threads about indulging generally over the summer, and because we have been away, using micellar water instead of doing a proper cleansing routine. Glamping the beginning of next week, so will start properly next Thursday.

Proper cleansing routine!!! Haven't done that in ages!!!!
I'm not sure I like micellar water that much, but I'm always amazed at how much dirt it wipes off!
:)

Set a date 8Fencing and we'll do the 10 weeks (or, or we could do a 100 Days , which will be about 19 days.

Though hopefully 10 weeks should be enough (I hope) . I've got to get ready for my holiday late October

I've been really lax lately. The routine has gone, and I haven't been to the gym in a while, but went swimming twice last week while on a break. Today I 1) Went back to Fat Class. Eek, not good, but at least I'm back
2) I'm eating more veg and fruit, and drinking more water
3) Trying to get back in the habit of using my slendertone face machine, but have been having CACI lately, so wanted to see the results separately.
