Fringe + specs = ever ok?

Help me make a big decision! I have collar length fine wavy hair which I blow straight but ends up wavy by the end of the day. It's all one length but I'm considering a blunt fringe to make me feel more edgy. I wear dark rimmed ray ban style glasses though. Can I have a fringe with glasses? Is it weird? Will it look too heavy on my face? I can't picture what I'll look like. Will it be too tricky to keep looking nice? Help!
