HELP! Out in London this Saturday, I'll be naked!!

As nothing fits. I've gone through dresses I've worn in the past (some more than 5 years old) and I can't get them zipped up over my boobs.

I've tried on my heels and my bunion is in the way. The ankle of the same foot has bright blue/purple veins, and the skin is pure white from steroid injections, so I thought tights. But the weather is warming up on Saturday (24?). It starts at 3pm and I won't be home to the early hours, going to wine bars, casino and nightclub.

Any suggestions? I don't have much money to spare.
