Shoes for a wedding reception, can't find any!

I have awkward feet. They are 5.5-6 and very narrow. I got measured in Clarks and she said I was a C width but only because that is the lowest the gage went down to and it would actually be lower. Basically, it needs a strap, anything without slops off my feet (and I found a lovely paid of shoes today but no strap).

I have this dress It looks balck but its navy. I am thinking silver or nude shoes?

Any suggestions? Heal needs to be small as I get a lot of back pain with big heals. Definitely needs some sort of strap. Not too expensive.

Have looked in Debenhams, no good apart from the one pair that slopped off, looked in Jones and Schuh. Don't even know where else to look tbh.

I love the dress!!
These shoes are from a website specialising in narrow shoes.

symbollocks yes they are a little bit high. Had a look on that website and they only have 3 pairs of shoes in a narrow fit, none of which are the right colour unfortunately.

bike they are nice but a bit more casual than I would like.

fenella I LOVE the shoes on there, I've always loved the ballroom type sandals. All the ones I love on there seem to be a flipping E fit. And they are a tad more than I was hoping to spend, the shoes would cost double the dress (I did get the dress in the sale which was a good job as I was going to pay full price for it). But I am definitely baring it in mind as they are fab and exactly what I would like.

mabel, they are nice and look very comfortable, I'm not sure if I like the wedge bit. I am going to bear them in mind though as they do look comfortable.

Do we think silver is the way to go rather than nude? I can't actually find nude shoes that I like with a strap anyway.

What about handbag? Does that need to match the shoes? Or could I go for a different colour?

Silver is so wrong with that dress sorry. You need navy or pink shoes in my opinion :)

Really? That's strange as other people I have shown the dress immediately asked if I was going to get silver shoes. The problem is it looks black but it isn't.

Have you looked at //www.rubyshoo.com?
They do quite a few shoes with straps and are a bit different, lovely for weddings and occasions.
Very good delivery times and excellent service.
