I have this dress mermaids.
I am between these dm's and these much cheaper brouges
with lacy ankle socks.
I will wear the dm's again and I know they will fit me but it is a lot of money for one outift. I am also thinking of getting this bag.
so which shoes do you think.

Maybe it is just me but the dress with either of the shoes shoes and that bag makes me think you are aged about 6. I wouldn’t wear any of those items to a wedding unless the theme was Little Mermaid.

If i had to choose i would say keep the dress find more adult shoes and lose the bag, it looks like it came from Claire’s Accessories.

Trying too hard to be "quirky" whilst actually looking like you think being a "ickle girly" is a good look.

It isn't. Sorry.

More grown up - keeping the mermaid theme?

Like others have said I would loose the shoes and bag.
Find better shoes,I just don't get the whole outfit.

I like the style of the dress but not too keen on the mermaid pattern.

I'd go for different shoes and bag too.

Don't like those shoes either, sorry
I'd def go for heels with that dress. I really like these (they are Irregular Choice)

Those shoes are cute but I don't really do heels.

the other shoe option is these sandals I already have but I think that may be too many colours.

PinkFluffiUnicorn Tue 05-Jul-16 10:29:17

I like the pink brogues with the dress, unique outfit smile

IamAporcupine Tue 05-Jul-16 10:29:19

Colours because of the sandals or the little ponies? grin

Do you ever feel you have to match your tatoos with your clothes? (genuine curious question)

IamAporcupine Tue 05-Jul-16 10:30:33

back to the shoes - something like these?

(not sure myself tbh!)

ditavonteesed Tue 05-Jul-16 10:31:04

I couldn;t match the tattoos with my clothes if I tried unless I was to dress like some kind of rainbow. wink Although those sandals were bought for the matchyness.

Why not try wedges like these they easier to walk in and more comfortable

If you really can't do heels these would look more wedding appropriate
