Mid/high block heel for wide feet

I posted a few weeks ago about finding an outfit for a wedding, I couldn't find anything nice plus size and was feeling crap but so many lovely people posted suggestions and gave me the confidence to go and buy a beautiful dress.

Now I'm back and looking for shoes!
I need a mid or high heel but I can only walk in very thick, block type heels and I have wide feet. The dress is navy and my bag is a metallic rose gold.
Any help, please?!
