I'd really like to wear a pair of high heels to a work event (will improve my outfit) but I get dreadful pain in the ball of my foot - right along the centre. Are there any insole things that might work, particularly considering its sandals I'm wearing. Or should I do "training" and wear them around the house to build up my tolerance??
Yes, the jelly things that schol do are good.If they hurt though, they won't actually be comfy all evening despite the gel things. Do you have to wear those shoes? Getting some which are comfy to begin with are my go to now, hidden platforms are a godsend!
