To fake or not to fake? That, is the question

So, after breastfeeding for almost 2 years, the girls aren't as perky as they once were! I guess I'm looking for opinions/recommendations etc from anyone who's in or been in a similar situation. I'm in the UK. Don't mind where abouts in the UK the clinic is but I want a good job doing so am willing to travel. I'm a firm believer in 'you get what you pay for' too! I dont want to find a bargain on Groupon and end up with wonky knockers!!
