Has anyone found a product that reduces dark circles under eyes?

I've tried a few eye creams/serums/ roll one and stuff but not been very consistent, and don't really know where to start! I'm prepared to shell out on something expensive if people have found it effective, but equally if there's a cheapy product that does a good job that would be great too!

I'm ok at covering them with a mixture of boing and touche eclat, but would like something that actually reduces them if such a thing exists.

I have no idea on what's good and after two kids and getting older, I too would like to know if there is anything out there for this?! Though I think I need more of a miracle these days than a good cream! Grin

Any chance you're low on iron?

Any chance you're low on iron?

It's possible I guess, don't eat a lot of red meat (barely any) and not sure I compensate in other ways, though last time I needed blood tests think it came back fine.

Vladi, I can't even blame kids (unless you count the ones I teach!)

I use Bobbi Brown Colour Corrector in 'Bisque' then apply Clarins concealer over the top, it does reduce the look of my circles, I think.

You can only really cover them up. There isn't an eye cream that will really make a difference, despite what it might say in the blurb. Could be iron or some people just have thinner skin there than others, or a genetic predisposition to having dark circles.

It is thinner skin showing blood vessels. No treatment or magic potion, the words on the box are carefully phrased just the side of legal. Ignore or paint over.

My brother was convinced his dark circles were caffeine related. He stopped drinking tea and coffee for a month and there was a difference - but I'm not sure whether it is a sacrafice woth making.

Water ! Drink lots of it !
I used to have awful dark circles, and despite trying lots of expensive miracle creams - the only thing that really worked was covering them up.
Since having my youngest, 18 months ago, I have been on a huge health kick and drink at least 2 litres of water a day. My dark circles hardly notice at all now.
Admittedly, I've also given up drinking and smoking and practically all processed food so these could be other factors - but there is a very noticeable difference.
