High waisted running leggings

Possibly the wrong section but I am sick of buying loads of running leggings which in the shop seem relatively mid rise but 5 mins into my run have slipped down to low rise. Any recommendations for high rise ones? Thank you.

I got some from amazon from a company called neonysweets. They were only £10 but high waisted and comfortable. Sizing is a bit small, I'm a 12/14 and got a large.

I got some from m&s which are really good. I think they were £20ish and they stay where they should throughout my runs.

Sorry to thread-jack slightly, but while we're at it, does anyone know where you can get running trousers/leggings with pockets?

Karrimor x lite or ronhill (trailrunning ones) have a good waistband that stays put. Both available at sports direct and sweatshop quoite cheaply

You need running tights with a drawstring waist - this stops sliding. The Karrimor ones are v good for the price, as are the Aldi ones when they do them. I have rather a lot of running rights/capris, and the drawstring is a requirement whatever the price!

Yes, to drawstring waists. I bought a pair from Primark- drawstring waist AND zip pockets AND cheap. Perfect. Saying that, I got a pair of capris from Tesco, no drawstring waist but it fits perfect. Not scrambled tugging as I run. Sansa- the tesco ones have a little pocket which is quite handy.

Ronhill- Wiggle sell them quite reasonably/

I have some really comfy stay put ones from Costco. Has pocket. Also some tesco with pocket and stays put round waist. I don't think either have drawstring. I have some comparatively expensive addidas runners with draw string and they fall down all the time. Awful problem of ending up with exposed flabby midriff.

I would second the running leggings from Tesco. A nice high, deep waistband which seems to stay put despite me wobbly belly. Very comfy and with a little zip pocket too.

Thank you from me as well - looks like I'll have to check out Tesco! Had a look in Primark, H&M, M&S and Costco so far and hadn't seen any with pockets (and that will stay up! Drawstrings are a good tip).

I have some reebok leggings that actually stay up where others have failed.

Under Armour compression Capri tights are great!
