In an effort to organise the chaos that is my family life I ve decided I d like to get some nice stationary to help. I need a diary/ agenda planner. Electronic versions don't work for me. Would like something pretty but functional.
Any recommendations ?

There's lots of lovely planners around. Try Filofax or Organised Mum or Kikki K or Erin Condren (although based in USA her planners are lovely). Send me a PM if after looking at the website you decide you want to order from Erin Condren as I have a referral link for $10 off that I could share.

You need to go to the Stationery Cupboard in Site Stuff (the meany MNHQ won't let us have our own section yet!). They're bound to help you.

You need this in Large with a hard cover. The XL is lovely but not as portable.

It's the best diary I've had, has the week's appointments on the left and a black, ruled page on the right. This one runs from July 2016 to December 2017 then you c an switch to a 12 month one from jan 2018.

I just bought three for two journals from Tesco of all places! Floral covers and coloured borders of lined paper. I can customise them to be one for diary and to do lists. One for craft projects and one for finances.

I think they were £3.50 each so a bargain at three for two. Nice quality paper.

Another place is personal-planner as you set up your planner exactly how you want, with birthday dates etc, which then update each year if you order again the following year.

Plum Paper on Etsy are lush BUT (it's a HUGE but) it's American, and they charge £13 shipping.

On top of which you'll get stung for a further £13 customs charge. Which they refuse to pay.

My journal cost more in shipping than it cost to buy. Was mighty pissed off.

I LOVED my Plum Paper. They actually had a half price offer on Mothers Day (American Mother's Day). I didn't get caught with customs. The paper is amazing

This year though I've switched to a Happy Planner (got it very cheap on a US website called Blitsy).

Oh and Plum Paper now have their own website which has more options than the Etsy shop.

Happy Planner can also be bought from UK sellers so no worries bout customs.
