Long top to wear over white ankle grazers or leggings

Right, these are the criteria:

Needs to be able to delivered to italy soonish (next Sunday)

I don't do garish early learning centre colours. I like navy/pale blue etc. I could do white but then it would be over leggings and I'd feel like a waitress. (If it's a very beautiful top though, I'd go for it)

5ft 10, size 10, so it needs to be long and bum covering but I'm not into frock over trousers thingy.

My favourite ever top for this sort of thing was a finely knitted navy Phase eight one (so loved it I bought 2) (and washed both bastards badly so they've shrunk)

I think generally speaking White Stuff tunics and tops are foul. I don't like the stiff cotton/linen sack effect.

Fine knit, or jersey would be my material of choice.

Phase 8 has great tops but I don't know how quick their international delivery is. The U.K. Service is excellent.
