help me style a black slip dress

Hi, I've recently lost a lot of weight and just found a beautiful silk black slip dress at the back of my wardrobe. It;s amazing but I've no idea what to wear with it. Would like to wear it for a girls night out and it will be the first time I can show off my body! Any ideas please?

I'd go similar to Jennifer Lawrence - stick to black shoes and accessories. A pair of strappy black sandals (flat or thin heels - no platform) and something to add a bit of texture - either a thin fur or maybe a thickish shawl/cardi. I've got a shawl that's net but has velvet tassels which would work.
Dresses like this look awful with bra straps in my opinion so it'd be worth investing in a decent strapless if you've not got one already

You could also add a flash of colour with lipstick/nails/a ring
