Bras and pants

I'm in deepest need of new bras and pants. I'll buy a couple of Asda or Tesco packs of pants but like my bras to fit well and come with matching pants too.

I used to buy Calvin Klein for a good fit, long last, nice bra experience but they're a bit pricey for me post kids. I'm small of boob and sender of back, don't want padding necessarily and can live without underwire if need be.

Can you recommend something pretty and well made but affordable?

It might scream "granny"......but some of the best everyday bras I've ever had come from Marks and Spencer!! grin <embracing my inner granny at 21>

Little Women is a good bra and undies company xx

My greatest recent discovery has been underwear outlet stores like Lingerie Outlet Store and Belle Lingerie - they sell through their own sites and via eBay, and do previous seasons' stock of "proper" department store undie brands like Freya, Panache, etc. You can get really good quality, well-fitting, nice bras and pants for very reasonable prices.

Brand really depends on your shape and what suits it, I'm sure one of the bra intervention experts will be along to provide more detailed advice!

(personally no M&S bra fits me, which is very annoying as they actually have some v nice styles)

I've had that experience leedy. I've yet to find an m&s bra that fits well on me. Thanks for the ideas so far, I'll wait for all the bra experts to come along smile

M&S Rosie are lovely. You do have to be willing to try a zillion on in there, in a crazy range of sizes.

Measure yourself in the Bra Guru method before Statistically and co arrive so you have a proper sizing

Yes, if you've ever been measured in M&S you're probably wearing too big a back size and too small a cup size. I was amazed to discover on getting measured by a Proper Lingerie Lady that I was not a 34B, I was a 32DD, verging on an E, and those bits of me that were sticking out at the armpit side of my bra cups were PART OF MY ACTUAL BREASTS.
