Cheaper alternatives to Bobby Brown Long Wear Gel Eyeliner?

This product is great and seems to have been incredibly successful to the extent that it has spawned a lot of copy cat eyeliners with similar packaging claiming to do the same thing. I really like the Bobby Brown stuff but get through a lot of it and was just wondering if anyone had tried anything similar that is cheaper and works as well? I see Rimmel and Maybeline do similar products at lower cost. They come in a little pot. Are they as good?

Maybelline not as good (transferred to my eyelid although i do have hooded eyes). I found the inglot one good though not that much cheaper. The mac one also transferred.
They all dry out so bloomin quickly though that i've started just using the eyeliner pens in dark brown. The loreal one and the stila ones of those are excellent.

I bought the Rimmel Kate Moss one (in green) very dark almost black.
I don't like the brush but it's easy to apply with a fine liner brush.
Lasts well.

The best one I have tried is the "B" range in Superdrug! Really cheap. I think they pot liner is called "B Precise". Maybelline was okay. Clinique dried out really quickly Angry and obviously was not cheap!

I have the Rimmel green one too, 70. I was disappointed in how not green it is!

The superdrug one sounds good. I also have the issue where they just dry to damn quick and it's hard to touch up as trying to apply more over it just makes it flake off. I've never found any other type of eyeliner that I could actually apart from pencils though (which don't last that long). I might give the eyeliner pens a go but I have a hoard of all different kinds of eyeliner that I just can't figure out how to use properly. They may end up in the same drawer!
