designer handbag eviction

I used to have a handbag habit (handbags and scarves, sometimes shoes..) anyway - I sold a few on ebay a long time ago but I can't remember paypal passwords and all of that stuff and not sure I can get that going again. I have a bag I really never ever use and want to, preferably, sell it - I'm London based - is there anywhere I can take it or send it to get rid of it but get some form of payment for it? thanks in advance for any tips

I'm not on facebook (I know, I know..) thanks though!
I was just reading a thread which mentioned a place I think is now closed down (bang bang?) if possible I'd rather drop it by somewhere or post it somewhere and let them do the rest of it. Failing that I guess I could re-do ebay but the fees were always quite a lot and I had problems with people claiming things were damaged when they were not, etc, and gave up in the end.

There are definitely dress exchange agencies in London. They deal only with good designer products. They sell them on, and you get the majority of the price. Look up dress agencies in your area.

Depending on the designer and condition I'd recommend vestiaire collective, be prepared to communicate in French though. Most of my things sold really quick, even things I didn't expect anyone to be interested in. Their commission is high but they take care of shipping, judge conditions, settle disputes, etc.

there is a shop in Parsons Green called Deuxieme. It's an upmaket second hand dress up accessories agency. They are be a bit snooty and u might not get what u think you should in money, but might be worth trying there.
HTH
good luck

Have you tried //www.npnbags.co.uk/ ? (if the link doesn't work type npn bags into google...) Shian buys and sells only the best quality designer bagsand is a lovely lady to deal with. Her commission fees are pretty reasonable too I believe....although i have never sold, only bought too many from her. She is really quick at replying to emails too. Definitely worth a try...
