That dress is screaming out for some thick rimmed glasses, librarian bun, nora batty stockings and sensible shoes.

Ir you really want to keep it you could potentially rescue it with accessories.

A belt is definitely needed as it's very square! Bright colour would be good! Heals! You need heels in that! Statement collar necklace to match belt and heels.

If you have an option I'd be sending it back.
