Body shop coconut body lotion. Smells much more coconutty than the oil or butter. The body spray is also very good.

I bought the Body Shop perfume when I had a coconut phase but found that although it smells OK for a while it changes and becomes a bit chemically IIRC.

I agree that coconut is a lovely summery smell though.

There's a cheap and cheerful paraben free coconut shampoo and conditioner by Inecto that we often use. In fact I think they do a whole range of cocunut hair products.

Estée Lauder Bronze Goddess perfume. It should be on sale again soon for summer.

OGX coconut milk conditioner..... I like to use it after my Lush I Love Juicy shampoo - which smells of pineapple - and I spend the day smelling like piña colada :)

Coincidentally, I bought Yes To Coconuts conditioner on offer this week.

Tried For the first time yesterday, my hair still smells of coconut today.

Please could you wear a warning T shirt so I don't inhale when we pass in the street ?

Agreed. Horrible smell. Bad enough on the beach 😄

Most of the supermarkets do a cheap coconut body spray, I think. Boots and Superdrug do, too.

J-Lo has a coconutty perfume...cant remember which one it is, maybe the summer version of Glow? But its pretty much the smell of coconut suncream Grin.

Avon Tahitian holiday is a lovely summer coconut based perfume. Get loads of compliments about it when I wear it

actual pure coconut oil. I use it for everything and smell like a beach holiday. (actually I get really fed up of the smell but it does everything so well)

Good list of things I need to definitely avoid! I can't stand the smell (or taste) of coconut!
Thanks everyone! 😖

Harlett I want to buy the EL Bronze Goddess after smelling it on someone last summer. She told me it was limited edition and only available at a certain time of year. Do you know when it goes on sale?

Report
MsBojangles · 17/04/2016 21:11

It's always available on eBay, ShebaQueen
