Exercises to improve my chicken wings

I've toned up loads doing Jillian Michaels DVDs...

Personally I like No More Trouble Zones, but there are several others (quite a few are available free on YouTube).

I'd say you need to lose the fat off your triceps area to make the biggest difference.

Boxing of any description. I've used the wii one and it did help (and was fun).

Some weight loss combined with tricep dips, planks, push-ups. Running helps mine stay toned too.

You can't spot burn fat (I feel like a broken record), so you need to lose weight through diet and exercise over all.

Kettle bells, excellent for arms and triceps. (also feel like a broken record but I LOVE them!! and they are so easy to use. 25 minutes with some kettle bells and you feel like you've been hit by a truck!).

Thanks. I am losing weight steadily. No more than 3 lbs a week but want to tone at same time so less chance of excess skin

Any kind of dynamic yoga. Honestly you do about 50 press ups per class. Yoga is fab for arm definition
