...But push up are great, does that mean you have wide spaced norks?

And WHY are m&s bras so godawful? Tried on four today (sale) all in my bra intervention size of 30dd, and every one squished me down and made me look fat and droopy. Put my ancient Floozie bra back on with huge relief to see decent tits again. Why are they still the default underwear choice?

Because for me (32B) they sell bras that fit well and are comfortable.

Try the ballconette. Better support and still shows cleavage

Quad boob = too small a cup size. Often you need to try a few.

M&S are dire. Awful.

M & S are dire for measuring, but great for bras IMO.

Out of interest, have you been bra intervened, nickname?

I wore a hopelessly wrong 34c between 15-37 thanks to marks, instead of the 30dd I actually am. Maybe they're just really bad at staying proportional for the more unusual sizes (small back measurements etc)?

A lady on the till at m and s told me that there has been a problem this year with the backs on the bras being smaller than they should be. This may have caused your squishing problem. Perhaps try aback size up in m +s. Good luck x
