When I was 15 it was all about Avon, Boots No 7 and that was about it. It's my neices birthday soon and I'm guessing a Heather Shimmer lippie isn't quite going to cut the mustard so I'm looking for ideas. She's daft about make up.

They do good colours and it goes on well and stays on.

With my teen cousins its all about NYX and the balm,and the real technique brushes, I didn't know you need that much brushes to put makeup on! They use about four for foundation and sculpting alone!
