Please help me find shoes (& poss jacket)

I've bought this dress for an upcoming event but need new shoes.

asos

I can't walk properly in flats, I need a low to medium heel.
My feet don't bend properly, so I usually go for a shoe with a strap.
My feet are quite wide so I tend to avoid pointy styles.
I was going to avoid dark colours so the strap didn't shorten my leg iyswim.
The model's shoes are too high for me and I would prefer not to show my toes.

I don't suppose I could get away with boots could I? Blush

I'm in my early 50's, but trying desperately trying to avoid old lady shoes but be able to walk at the same time.

Any help gratefully received!

Thanks very much ^FauxFox*. I really like the Clarks ones! I'll see if they have them in my local store and try some on.

At the risk of being cheeky, you don't know what kind of jacket is best do you? It's not a very formal do, so I was trying to avoid the bridal style jackets. I need something that I can keep on indoors if the room is cold. Would a cream biker jacket work, or a structured cardigan? (clueless). I'm trying for 'not too done' iyswim.

How about an embroidered jacket? I think you need some colour as you won't match the cream and it will jar...if it's really casual a cropped denim jacket could work but I think something like this or this one or even this sequin one

FauxFox - Just wanted to thank you for your help Chocolate

I tried on some of the shoes in your links, but my feet were wider (or the shoes were narrower) than expected. I got some Clarks ones in the end in nude and a cropped jacket in turquoise.
