My son's daughter adds a lightening cream such as this
m.boots.com/h5/cat_hub?path=%2Fen%2FGarnier-Nutrisse-Truly-Blonde-Maximum-Lightener-Bleach-D-_1319829%2F&unCountry=uk

Then she adds this
m.boots.com/h5/cat_hub?path=%2Fen%2FBleach-London-Super-Cool-Colours-The-Big-Pink_1401436%2F&unCountry=uk

Or uses chalks.

I forgot to put she uses the lightening stuff on the bottom six inches. She has waist length hair.

What colour hair does she have to start with?
I was thinking of using this www.boots.com/en/Bleach-DIY-Dip-Dye-Kit_1401396/ then the pink colour from boots
