Winter colours are not too hard to find: navy, stone, light grey, white/black and brights normally well represented. Just stay away from khaki and that wishy washy pink that's everywhere. For example Next
In summer my wardrobe changes from black/red/pink to navy/red/pink. My red sandals go with pretty much everything. I do also like white shorts or skirts with emerald tops. Not quite as good as pine green for me, but much more summery. I admit to having a hefty dose of jewel winter envy.
