Searching for smart lightweight jackets

I'm in the Far East in April and need a couple of smart, preferably natural fibred jackets. Rever collar, 3/4 sleeve in navy, colbalt blue, anything in the Summer colour range.

I have a number of these but I have lost weight (has anyone found it worth having jackets altered?) and they don't fit anymore.

From my initial shop hunting it's a bit early for this sort of garment, but I'd be grateful if anyone had any good ideas.
