Pick me something for an upcoming wedding

I am useless at this kind of stuff and haven't been to a formal event since having kids.

I'm due at a posh wedding end of April.

I'm 5ft 1in and a size 14/16 so I'm fat
I have psoriasis on elbows and knees so keen to keep them covered
Tummy is a massive problem area
I can't really do heels (wedges may be ok) due to an injury
I don't have an endless budget.
I'm still breastfeeding
