That's it. Can anyone recommend someone who knows how to cut and style thick curly wavy hair that sticks out and one side goes one way and the other the other way :) I've been growing out a sort of pixie style and I'm going to need someone soon to give it a restyle
I don't mind travelling to a good salon. Please.... Thanks

Beetroots on Scotland Road in Basford Nottingham are brilliant.

This guy has a salon in Birmingham that deals specifically with curly hair. He's really good and has clients from all over the Uk!

Thank you Destiny I get to Birmingham quite a bit. Does Matthew cut hair that's wavy and curly - half and half?

My hair is more wavy than curly and he did it beautifully so yes I would say he does. My hair had never looked so good coming out of a hairdressers before!! He cuts hair dry so he can see what it looks like naturally whereas most hairdressers cut curly/wavy hair wet which isn't what it looks like naturally. He also gave me great tips on what products to use and how to dry it to maximise the curl/wave.

I did it! I went to Spring in Birmingham, yesterday, my cousin came too - she has curly hair and I have wavy kinky hair. I'm really pleased with it. My cousin kept commenting on how shiny my hair was afterward and how it had bought the colour out somehow. Now what do I do to manage it?
